These Terms are a contract between you and Sole ("Sole," "we," "us") governing your use of getsole.co and our service. By using Sole or subscribing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Sole is an AI "co-founder." You describe a business idea, and our AI agents research the market, create a brand and a one-page plan, and build and publish a landing page. Actions that spend money or post publicly are queued for your approval. Outputs are generated by AI and may contain mistakes — you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them. Sole does not provide legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for activity under your subscription.
Plainly: Your subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. We collect your payment method up front via Stripe. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your paid plan begins automatically at $49 USD per month and renews every month until you cancel.
Because you get a full 7-day free trial to evaluate the service, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by law. If something went wrong, email us — we deal with people fairly.
Don't use Sole to build or promote anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, or harmful, to infringe others' rights, or to violate the terms of platforms we integrate with. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
The brand, copy, plan, and site Sole produces for your idea are yours — we claim no ownership and take no revenue share. Sole retains all rights in the platform, software, and underlying technology. You grant us the limited right to process your inputs to provide the service.
Sole's outputs are AI-generated and provided to help you move faster — not a guarantee of any outcome. We make no promise of customers, revenue, profit, or business success. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Sole relies on third parties (including Stripe, Resend, Anthropic, and Vercel). Their availability and terms are outside our control, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sole will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify Sole against claims arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms or others' rights.
You may stop using Sole and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or to comply with the law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sole is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located there.
We may update these Terms; we'll update the "Effective" date and, for material changes, give notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
